• Production agriculture operations are seasonal and particularly time-sensitive – a) Have equipment ready ahead of time, b) Be prepared to work longer hours to accommodate weather, breakdowns and other factors that are beyond our control.

• Keep facilities neat and presentable.

• Show respect to any and all visitors and/or customers of the operation.

• Enjoy what you do and provide suggestions to make working here more satisfying for everyone.

• Any other duties as required or assigned.
